Hello Backers!
We have some goods news and some updates on shipping! We received the production Roam bags ahead of schedule from the factory and will be able to ship the bags to early bird backers a week earlier than expected! (i.e.Early Bird Shipment captures reward tiers 2x Roamers and Partner Sponsorship Packages).
Unfortunately, a number of bags did not pass our final quality inspection. We've been hard at work with the factory to correct these problems ASAP, however due to Chinese New Year Holiday's we'll be receiving these first week of March and will be able to ship out to backers the week after.
The 1st shipments of Roam bag be out for early bird (2x) delivery on February 21st.
Shipments of Roam bag will be out for delivery to all backers around March 16th.
For early bird deliveries, we'll be sending out last call emails to update your shipping addresses to get ready to ship by February 18th. If your shipping address is incomplete or unconfirmed, you'll be receiving your Roam bag in March. For March shipments, we'll be locking down addresses by March 10th. The first batch production of Roam is going well. We've spent a great deal of time and care inspecting the fabric and materials in order to ensure they meet our quality standards. As of today, we're a week behind our original delivery schedule, however we hope to catch up in the back-end via shortening our fulfillment time.

Length Adjustment
We put together a quick video to show how to adjust the rope length adjustment. The rope can be easily adjusted in length, from inside the bag, through setting the knot closer to the end of the rope to create longer rope length, versus setting the knot further away from the end of the rope to create a shorter rope length. We'll be posting full video instructions online, along with other neat tricks. We hope this video helps and if you have any other questions please message us!
