Hello Backers,
We wanted to update all on our shipping progress. We have been working around the clock and have shipped out more than seventy percent of Roam bags to our Kickstarter Backers.
Unfortunately, we've had some delays in the latest production batch that is now scheduled to finish at the end of this week. We anticipate all remaining Backers to receive their bags within 2-3 weeks. To our Backers that have not yet received, we will be sending a separate update with your Backer number for reference.
We are sorry for the delays but we promise we will get them to you as soon as possible. We will send an update once all the bags have been shipped out. For those who ordered power banks, please note we will be shipping these separately- so as to not delay receiving the bag.
Lastly, we appreciate all feedback that has been given to us.
